We're Daniel and Samantha, welcome to Gravy & Custard Catering! For Dan it was cooking with his grandma as a child that gave him his love of food. Her traditional style sometimes got confused as his culinary tastes got more adventurous, which prompted an immortal line,
“If it ain’t got Gravy it ain’t a dinner, If it ain’t got Custard it’s not a pudding”

Many years later and after almost 20 years in professional catering, we are both tending to agree!
Gravy & Custard Catering is a family venture based on a love of traditional cooking that adds the flair of restaurant experience and mixes it with the warmth of the family table.
